New for 2024-2025
Developing Leadership for Advanced Organizations
CTOs and CIOs are changing swiftly in today’s fast-paced business climate. These leaders are expanding their talents beyond technology to include management.
As they develop in their careers, CTOs and CIOs realize they must grasp executive financial management, global supplier networks, and P&L dynamics. This transition is about being strategic leaders who can navigate complex business difficulties with agility and vision, not just staying relevant.
CTOs and CIOs that embrace a more diverse skill set are better positioned to promote innovation, foster organizational growth, and influence their firms’ futures in an increasingly competitive global market.

Leading the Leaders
In 2021 and 2022, we published a comprehensive series consisting of 12 segments that provide detailed insights on effectively leading in dynamic digital markets. These took place on Zoom and included in-person summits held in San Francisco and Half Moon Bay in California and are now available online. This includes videos of Keynote presentations, Lectures, and discussions, as well as case studies and recommended readings.
Today we are offering these courses in the form of a self-guided program. for individuals who were unable to attend or those who just wish to continue their own education and supercharge their teams. Upon successful completion, CTO Forum will award certification which will validate the completion of more than 126 hours of online learning.
