In 2022, CTO Forum continues RETHINK DIGITAL: Designing the Digital Transformation Flywheel. The Six Series – a transformation tour de force – will again be led by faculty from top universities and distinguished industry leaders. Each of the six integrated modules will focus on one facet of digital transformation: customers, strategy, culture, operations, data, and technology. Faculty will guide members—all leaders of Fortune 500 companies—in an examination of successful and failed transformation using the case methodology. In addition we have 2 in-person summits in 2022 and 2023 with opportunities to finally gather, network and have some time for recreation.
The 2022 Summit takes place in San Francisco at the St. Regis Hotel and will dig deeper into the initial core series to refresh and fine tune our ‘Digital Transformation Flywheel’ template. We will revisit:
